Delivery Policy
Our Aim is to deliver any goods or services you order from us in a timely manner. On receipt of your order via this web-site that you pay for with an approved credit card, we will try to deliver that order in full to you by the next working day, provided we received your order by no later than 3pm Monday To Friday. Sometimes it is beyond our control to meet this delivery schedule and it is possible that your order ay be delayed. In that event we will contact you by your preferred contact method to notify you of the order status. If you require a “guaranteed” delivery, you should call us first on 0845 2300 525 to check that we can fulfil such and order on that particular day. Orders placed on this web-site on a Saturday or Sunday or Holidays will not be fulfilled until the next full working day. For Christmas Season orders please phone and check first as orders may become naturally delayed due to sheer weight of volume for the courier network at that time of year.
